Provide (along with your application) a copy of recent report cards or transcripts, as well as any disciplinary action from your child's previous school. For homeschooled students, please provide a list of the curriculum used and which grade level your child is working in each subject area
Include $75 application fee for each student, and mail to Chapin Academy
Participate in a Family Interview
Complete and return the Registration Packet, which will be emailed to you following the interview and notification of acceptance
Note: Class size is limited in order to maintain a high quality education with a low student to teacher ratio. Applications will be processed by order in which they are received.
