Student Applications

Any applications we receive for full classes will be put on our waiting list and notified as spots open. If you do not hear from us, there is no space.

If you choose to apply and be put on the waiting list, your fee in non-refundable.

New family applications will open in March 1st 2024 for the 2024-25 school year.

Application Process

• Both parents should review information on our website and prayerfully consider whether Chapin Academy is the right option for your child's education

• Complete the New Student Application

• Please email the following documents to admin@chapinacademy.com:

  Copy of recent report cards or transcripts

  Any disciplinary action from your child's previous school

  For homeschooled students, please provide a list of the curriculum used and which grade level your child is working in each subject area

• Participate in a Family Interview

• Complete and return the Registration Packet, which will be emailed to you following the interview and notification of acceptance

Note:  Class size is limited in order to maintain a high quality education with a low student to teacher ratio.  Applications will be processed by order in which they are received.  You will be notified shortly after we have reviewed your application to schedule a family interview.  May God bless your efforts to teach and disciple your children!
